Ah purifies speech, transforming ordinary words into expressions of truth and wisdom. Hung purifies the mind, dissolving attachment and dualistic thought into pure awareness. Together, these syllables embody the unity of body, speech, and mind in their awakened state. Reciting Om Ah Hung harmonizes one’s energy, deepens meditation, and connects the practitioner with the enlightened essence of all beings. It is both a purification and an invocation of one’s innate Buddha nature.
