The Four Noble Truths form the foundation of Buddhist teachings and are key to understanding the path to enlightenment. The First Noble Truth, **Dukkha**, acknowledges the presence of suffering in life. The Second Noble Truth, **Samudaya**, identifies desire and attachment as the causes of this suffering. The Third Noble Truth, **Nirodha**, offers hope by declaring that the cessation of suffering is possible through the elimination of desire. Finally, the Fourth Noble Truth, **Magga**, outlines the Eightfold Path as the practical way to achieve this cessation and attain spiritual liberation.
